Common questions

I can’t sign in. Use reset your password, or sign in with Google if that’s how you created your account.

I signed up but can’t create my organization. Accounts are opening in small groups from the waitlist. You’ll get an email when yours is ready. If a teammate invited you, ask them to invite the exact email you signed up with.

How do I delete my data? Delete grants and files in the app, or email us to delete your whole account. See the privacy policy.
