These terms apply to your use of The Nonprofit Audit at thenonprofitaudit.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you use it for.
Early access
The app is in early access. Features may change, and there may be bugs. During early access the app is provided free of charge unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure and invite only people who should see your organization’s data.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your organization’s account.
- Don’t misuse the app: no attempts to access other organizations’ data, overload the service, or upload anything you don’t have the right to share.
Your data
Your organization owns the data it puts in the app. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Not professional advice
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost funding, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your organization paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other organizations at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we’ll update the date above and let account holders know by email before it takes effect.
